    My name is Dolores.

    • I started my fitness journey in 2011. 
    • I began with a weight loss goal, losing 3 stone in a year with cardio and diet.
    •  I began weight training in 2012. Was quite lean and wanted to build muscle
    • I continued with cardio in the form of HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) but reduced this and focused more on weight training to build muscle.
    • I am a qualified Fitness Instructor.  Personal Trainer and have qualified as an Exercise Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition 

    My goal is to help both males and females of all ages to become a healthier version of themselves.

    • Personal Trainer packages in my private studio
    • Small group training
    • Gym cardio/ Interval workouts
    • Gym weight training workouts
    • Home workouts of either cardio/ weight training.

    Qualified Exercise Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition.

    Nutrition Plans: 

    •  6  x weeks for €90 which is a detailed meal plan designed around each client.  Details will be given once you are set up.
    • I also offer an 8 x week plan for €120.
    • 12 x week €160
    • Plans are for both fat loss and weight gain.

    Macro Plans:

    • Marco plans are daily calories given to a client based on their information provided. They are broken down into training and non training day calories.
    • This is 50 euro a month. Minimum of 3 x months up front.

    Core and Cardio:

    • Core -  Basic and advanced core exercises to build up strength in your core muscles.  May also help you with certain weight training movements/posture and everyday tasks like walking.
    • Cardio - This includes interval training. It helps burn calories while maintaining muscle mass. Can burn more calories after your workout than during. It is time efficient with minimal equipment.
    • Personal Training or small group sessions available.

    Weight Training/Personal Trainer session.

    • My weight training is catered for all ages.  Beginners and advanced.
    • It is a combination of strength and hypertrophy ( muscle building) training. 
    • Beginners will have a greater knowledge of all things that are part of weight training. Helping them to progress to a weight training lifestyle.
    • Each session lasts 45 minutes and is 20 euro per session. It is one to one personal training.
    • Teaching each of my clients about dead lifts, squats, hip trusts etc... will give them that toned/ fit/stronger body they have always wanted.

    I also offer meso ( monthly) training programs for the gym.
