Deliver an excellent, tried and tested, creative Mindfulness program that inclusively, respectfully and justly serves people with Intellectual Disability in collaboration with Service Providers. Enhance the quality of life for Intellectually Disabled Individuals, groups and their staff through individual and group instruction with long term practice and benefits. Prevent anxiety and behaviours of concern, while promoting positive engagement with peers and staff. Strengthen coping skills, feelings of wellbeing and interactions to reduce self-harm, outbursts, stress, injuries, staff stress / turn over.
