Welcome to GS Property Maintenance. Here at GS Property Maintenance We specialise in all exterior cleaning & gardening services. We are a family run business with over 10 years experience in many aspects of outdoor property maintenance.

We cover all of dublin and the surrounding counties. We take extreme pride in all works that we carry out for all our clients old and new. No matter what type of job big or small, we will provide you with a top quality finish every time.

Cleaning Services that we provide are as follows:

Window cleaning - gutter cleaning - fascia and soffit cleaning - pressure washing all external surfaces - roof cleaning - soft washing

Gardening services that we offer include

Grass cutting - hedge trimming - small landscape jobs - tree felling

We will cover all of your garden and exterior cleaning needs. We are leading providers when it comes to pressure washing the outside of your home for all external surfaces including driveways, walkways, patios, external walls and roofs which will help you maintain the appearance and safety of your surfaces, by cleaning them for you regularly, preventing them from getting slippery or stained.

We will also look after the upkeep of your garden by cutting your lawn on a regular basis, keeping your hedges trimmed and also keeping your trees looking tidy. We strive on making sure that we give our clients a top quality finish on each and every job we complete.

Information on the cleaning services we offer

Window cleaning - Acid rain and hard dirty water can cause a build-up of debris on your windows, sills, and window frames. Not only will your windows look very bad, but acid rain will damage your home and glass windows over a period of time. Dirt particles will enter the glass pores, and other parts of your windows causing them damage aswel as looking very dirty. Here at GS Property Maintenance we will have your windows shining in no time at very affordable prices.

Gutter cleaning - Gutters should be cleaned at least once every year. The best time to have this done, is the end of Autumn when plants loose their leaves. And before the bad winter weather kicks in. Blockage inside the gutters is the most common causes of badly damaged gutters and can make the exterior of your home unappealing and very dirty, don't hesitate to get in touch with us and we will have your gutters spick and span in no time at all.

Roof cleaning - Roof cleaning is a process of removing algae, mold, mildew, lichen and moss from your roof. Having your roof cleaned can really extend the duration of a roof's ability to function. Algae and other types of build-up will form on parts of your roof that are shaded or receive less sun, this can reduce your roof's life expectancy significantly. The presence of soot, dirt etc can affect how much sunlight that is absorbed by your roof and reduce the amount of heat your building absorbs. Pressure washing - Pressure washing (Powerwashing) is cleaning any exterior surface that has dirt, grease, plant residue or other material across a large surface area, driveways, patios, roofs, walls, garden furniture etc, can all be cleaned from us with our pressure washing services, we will have the exterior of your home looking like new again aswel as all your outdoor appliances.

Soft washing - When we Soft wash your property we use a cleaning method using low pressure water. The term softwashing has been used to describe any form of spraying chemicals at buildings where solutions are used to remove mildew, bacteria, algae and other organic stains from your roof and all other types of materials on the outside of your building.

Gardening services that we provide

Lawn Cutting - You should have your lawn cut at least once a week in the summer months when the weather is warm and much drier and once every two weeks during spring. Autumn and winter alot less ofter as the weather is much wetter, but if we get a drier autumn and winter, it could be cut at least once a month. Regular trimming of your garden encourages the roots to spread, GS Property Maintenance will keep your garden in tip top shape, so you can sit out relax and enjoy the scenery.

Hedge trimming - When should you trim your hedges - New hedges require regular pruning for their first couple of years after planting. This is usually carried out in winter or early spring. After this, maintenance trimming is carried out, usually about once a year for informal hedges and twice a year for formal hedges. We will keep your hedging up to scratch all year round.

Small landscape works - Ongoing landscaping maintenance is important for healthy plants and trees. Unsightly weeds and fungi not only look very bad, they steal soil nutrients, water, and sunlight that your landscape plants need to grow properly. Without ongoing control efforts, they will take over. We can look after alot of the smaller landscaping around the outside of your home.

Tree felling - Tree felling is a service we provide of cutting down a tree to prevent the spread of disease and improve the safety in your area, if the tree is ready to fall on its own . If not carried out correctly, tree felling can be very dangerous, this kind of work has to be carried out by a specialist who will plan how to cut down the tree in a safe way, taking into account any potential hazards or risks. Dead, diseased or dying trees can pose a major threat to the environment and other trees, as the large quantities of dead wood and the damage to the stability of the tree can create serious safety hazards, particularly during strong winds. If you feel that your tree or trees are diseased, or they are ready to fall or have all ready falling, don't hesitate to get in touch with us before the problem gets any worse, as we will get everything back as right as rain in no time.
