Hi. Welcome to Matthew Dunne Tiling & Timber Flooring. I am based in Letterkenny and cover all the areas of Donegal, Derry and Leitrim.

I have 20 years experience in all types of tiling including porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, marble etc. I also fit laminate and semi solid timber flooring.

Here at Matthew Dunne Tiling & Timber Flooring i specialise in all aspects of wall and floor tiling, including ceramics, mosaics, porcelain, marble and natural stone etc. Preparation is the key to a successful outcome. All priming of porous surfaces, application of waterproof tanking and surface levelling (where required) is carried out prior to tiling.

By Tiling your floors, walls, kitchen or back splash can brighten and add value to your home. No job for me is too small or too big and I use only the best of materials for all of the jobs I work on and will guarantee a top quality craftsman finish to all of your surfaces, whether it is in your hallway, kitchen, living areas, bathroom, porch, sunroom or patio. What ever your tiling needs are, give me a call and I will be happy to talk to you and help you with any enquiries you may have.

I will be able to guide you through the entire process of your tiling project. Starting with calculating approximately how many tiles are required, design ideas and choosing the right tiles.

Timber Flooring Services I Offer:

Semi-solid wood flooring - Are you looking for the look of a solid-wood floor finish but for a much cheaper cost? then semi -solid wood flooring is the perfect option for you. Semi-solid wood floor consists of a solid hardwood top layer bonded to a strong plywood (or similar) base. Like engineered floors, it gives the look and feel of a solid wood floor for a lower price.

Semi solid timber flooring offers the look & feel of solid wood but is better suited to changes in heat & humidity than solid wood flooring. Ranging in thickness, the layered construction of this flooring makes it hard-wearing and durable. And it can be sanded and re-lacquered a few times so that you can help extend the life of your flooring

Laminate flooring - If you don't want to pay the higher cost of buying solid timber floors or looking for a floor that doesn't scratch easy then laminate flooring is the perfect option for you. Laminate can weather high traffic with minimal damage, can offer UV resistance and can be waterproofed. It also does not scratch or discolor as easily as hardwood floors. Affordable and easy installation: Laminate floors are affordable compared to other flooring options and can be installed much quicker.
