M&J Nurseries Retail Garden Centre Offaly

We are a family run business which was founded over 30 years ago by the original owners Margeret and Jim. We are continuing with their business model of supplying beautiful stock paired with the friendly staff and all at a reasonable cost.

We stock bedding plants, shrubs, trees and plenty more and all at amazing value, who needs sunshine when all you need to do is pop into us for a bit of colour and scent.

If you need any advice on planting and upkeep of your garden, we will be more than pleased to help you. Our staff are qualified, experienced and ready to help you make the best choice for your garden.

We are also currently expanding our business into gift ware and complete landscaping services.

There a many reasons as to why plants are important to us

Flowering plants add visual color, beauty and scent.
Food they provide us with the many nutrients that we need, such as vegetables, fruits and nuts.
Trees and Wide leafy plants to shade us on a hot summer day, making stunning displays with the many types of foliage.
Many wild animals make their homes in trees and bushes, like the little hedgehog.
They create the oxygen that is much needed in our air.
Last but not least our humble little bumble bees, looking for the nectar to make their honey.
