Closed Circuit Television

CCTV refers to overt and covert video systems for viewing by limited/ restricted viewers. Images may be viewed, recorded, but would not be broadcasted, its security use is to act as a primary deterant.

CCTV is often used for surveillance in areas that may need monitoring such as banks, casinos, airports, military installations, and convenience stores.

In industrial plants, CCTV equipment may be used to observe parts of a process from a central control room; when, for example, the environment is not suitable for humans.

An access control system is a system which enables an authority to gain access to areas and resources in a given physical facility or computer-based information system. An access control system, within the field of physical security, is generally seen as the second layer in the security of a physical structure..

We can offer all types of access control systems for our customers from domestic installations for side gates, and doors to commercial premises, complete with logging information and restriction to high risk areas.

Intruder Alarm Systems

Intruder alarms are electronic alarms designed to alert the user to a specific danger.

Sensors are connected to a control unit which is used to interact with a response device. The most common security sensors are used to indicate the opening of a door or window or detect motion via passive infrared (PIR).

New construction systems are predominately hardwired for economy. Retrofit installations often use wireless systems for a faster, more economical installation.

Some systems serve a single purpose of Intruder or fire protection. Combination systems provide both fire and intrusion protection. Systems range from small, self-contained noisemakers, to complicated, multi-zoned systems with color-coded computer monitor outputs.

In the field of physical security, security lighting is often used as a preventative and corrective measure against intrusions or other criminal activity on a physical piece of property.

Security lighting may be provided to aid in the detection of intruders, to deter intruders, or in some cases simply to increase the feeling of safety. Lighting is integral to Crime prevention through environmental design.
